About This Community
CUPA Mylappanahalli Geriatric Centre is a sanctuary and permanent retirement home for sick, injured, or blind senior canines in Bengaluru. It serves dogs who cannot be released back to their neighborhoods as they are unable to fend for themselves. Open to visitors, sponsors, and both active/passive adopters, the centre has rescued and rehabilitated 600+ dogs, offering a peaceful life away from city commotion for elderly canines.
What We Do
- City-wide and outstation dog adoption drives
- Workshops on animal welfare, pet care, fostering, and responsible ownership
- Volunteering opportunities in feeding, care, and outreach
- Awareness campaigns in collaboration with partners like Bengaluru FC
